Liliana Dress Pattern: Smocked Dress with Ruffles, Elastic Waist, and Nursing-Friendly Keyhole

The Liliana Dress is a midi dress featuring a smoked fitted bodice adorned with delicate ruffles along the neckline and sleeve cuffs. 
For enhanced comfort, the dress features two elastic channels under the bust and at the waistline. The adjustable neckline is secured with ties. 
The gathered A-line skirt is a stylish feature of the dress, completed with in-seam pockets. 
The keyhole design is a nursing-friendly feature that allows for easy feeding and comfort.
The optional lace trim along the neckline and cuffs adds a touch of romance. The pattern offers three sleeve options: short sleeves, elbow sleeves, and long sleeves.
